How to setup your 6/7/8-Figure Cash Flow Structure
Budgets for payments, a schedule for incoming cash and secure storage: Stefan Neuss explains how to structure cash flow in a six, seven or eight-figure business.
"Cash flow is the lifeblood of your business," says Stefan Neuss, founder of WERA Capital Partners. A company that does not organise its cash flow properly risks collapse sooner or later. He divides cash flow planning into two parts: payments and storage.
Part one: payments
The first task is to make sure everyday costs can be paid without stress. That starts with a budget. Neuss does not mean a tight budget that blocks every decision, but a clear schedule: which bills are due on which day, and how much money must be in the account to pay them.
A second schedule covers incoming money: when customers are invoiced, how many days they have to pay, and when the cash will actually arrive. Together, the two schedules give the owner a full picture.
Part two: storage
For Neuss, the most important part today is where money is stored. Most people keep their savings at a high street bank. But under the terms of a normal account, he points out, a deposit legally becomes a claim against the bank. In his view, owners should think about how to keep more direct ownership and control of their money.
The role of digital currencies
Neuss expects payment systems to change significantly towards digital currencies. He advises owners to learn as much as they can about cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana and the dollar-linked stablecoin USDT before moving any part of their cash flow into them.
A three-part structure
The structure he recommends has three elements:
Bank accounts for day-to-day payments.A "ramp", a service that converts ordinary money into cryptocurrencies and back.Cold wallets, offline storage devices that keep digital assets under the owner's direct control.
Like any investment, cryptocurrencies carry risks, including price swings, and their tax treatment must be handled correctly. WERA Capital Partners uses this setup in its own operations and explains it in a 15-minute private consultation.
